Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Thank you for choosing to book your lessons with us. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable learning experience, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Booking Requirements • Advance Booking: All lessons must be booked at least 24-48 hours in advance. • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your lesson or course spot. • Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once payment has been processed. A confirmation email or notification will be sent to you. Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please be aware of the following cancellation fees based on the time remaining before your scheduled lesson: Time Before Lesson Cancellation Fee Between 24 hours and 12 hours before 50% of the lesson fee Between 12 hours and 6 hours before 75% of the lesson fee Within 6 hours or No-show 100% (Full Price) Reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will be treated as a cancellation. Rescheduling Policy • Notice Period: Lessons can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. • Rescheduling After 24 Hours: Any reschedules requested within 24 hours of the lesson will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the applicable cancellation fee. • Limitations: There may be flexibility or a grace period for 1-3 cancellations; however, this is at the discretion of the teacher. Refund Policy • Full Refund: You are entitled to a full refund if the lesson or course is canceled by the instructor or if you cancel well within the specified notice period. • Partial Refund: Partial refunds may be provided for cancellations made close to the lesson time or if only a portion of a package of lessons has been completed. • No Refund: No refunds will be given for late cancellations or no-shows. Attendance Policy • Punctuality: Please join your lesson on time. If you are late, the lesson may still end at the originally scheduled time. • No-Show Definition: A no-show is defined as being more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled lesson without prior communication. If you are unable to attend the lesson, please notify the instructor as soon as possible to avoid being marked as a no-show. • Instructor Delays: If the instructor is late, any lost time will be made up either by extending the lesson or scheduling a make-up session. • Missed Lessons: Lessons missed without prior notice (no-show) will be forfeited, and no
